Can you move my existing WordPress site for me?

Yes, and it is free on every plan. We copy your files and database, test everything on a private preview URL, and only switch DNS once you have approved it. Your live site stays online the whole time.

What makes this faster than ordinary shared hosting?

Most hosts run WordPress on Apache and run PHP on every visit. We run OpenLiteSpeed with server-level page caching, so a cached page is handed back straight from the web server, before PHP or the database are even woken up.

Will my WooCommerce store work properly?

Yes. Business and Expert plans are tuned for stores: carts, checkout and logged-in customers are excluded from page caching, while the rest of the site stays cached and fast.

What happens if an update breaks my site?

Daily backups are kept off the server, so you can roll back. On Pro and above you can also copy your site to staging, test updates there, and push them live when they are safe.

Do you manage WordPress updates?

We keep the server, PHP and security layers current for you. For core, theme and plugin updates we recommend testing on staging first; our team will help you set that routine up.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Move up when you add sites or traffic, or down when you slim things out. We will tell you honestly if you are paying for more than you need.
